Candymaking

I've been experimenting with various types of making candy. Here's what I've made so far:

Blueberry white-chocolate truffles dipped in semi-sweet chocolate
plain caramel dipped in semi-sweet chocolate
Caramel (with pecans) dipped in semi-sweet chocolate (And standalone)
chocolate fondant dipped in semi-sweet chocolate centered with:
- hazelnuts
- macadamia nuts
Divinity
Krokata
Marshmallow
raspberry white chocolate truffles dipped in semi-sweet chocolate
raspberry fondant dipped in semi-sweet chocolate centered with:
- dried cherries
- hazelnuts
- macadamia nuts
- walnuts
"Snow Queen Truffles" dipped in semi-sweet chocolate
vanilla fondant dipped in semi-sweet chocolate centered with:
- hazelnuts
- macadamia nuts
